, Preparations for DC-2008, to be held in Berlin from 22 though 26 September 2008, are progressing well. In addition to the two keynote speakers already announced, Kurt Mehlhorn of Max Planck Society and Ute Schwens of the German National Library, the organizing committee has found Paul Miller of Talis willing to give a keynote at the conference.
The paper review process has been completed. Of the 70 submissions received, 12 full papers, 8 project reports and 12 posters have been accepted. The authors of the accepted papers, reports and posters have been notified. In early June, a first preliminary program will be published on the conference Web site. At the same time, online registration willwith early bird discounts until 15 July 2008. Please refer to the conference Web site for further news and announcements.
